3S ARTSPACE ARTIST STUDIOS

As part of the first phase of our strategic plan, 3S Artspace is offering 16 studios on the second floor of our building at 319 Vaughan Street in downtown Portsmouth for artists seeking affordable space to create. Current studios are available “as-is” until the second floor is converted to renovated studio spaces as part of 3S’s capital plan. It is our expectation that this will not happen until early 2013 at the soonest. For this reason, however, we are offering 6-month lease agreements, with tenants being at-will after that period.
