A Night of Clean Power and Alt-country/Americana

Our solar resource in northern New England is much stronger than most people realize—and it's powering more than just homes. During this unique event, ReVision Energy’s Phil Coupe will illuminate how solar energy combined with hyper-efficient clean technology is transforming the way we live, work, and play.
“Now that solar has become the cheapest electricity in history, we can harness this vast resource with modern technology like electric vehicles, heat pumps, and battery storage to transition away from finite, polluting fossil fuels. Despite the anti-clean energy agenda in Washington, the world is racing toward an energy future that’s cheaper, cleaner, and more  sustainable than the traditional  approach of combusting coal, oil and gas,” said Phil Coupe. “This represents an extraordinary opportunity for New England to reduce costs while increasing energy independence and resilience.”

Following the Clean Tech Talk will be a Q&A with Phil, and a fully solar-powered performance by The Mallett Brothers Band using electricity generated and stored by ReVision’s all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning. Before the event, check out one of the EV trucks up close and learn about all the innovative ways ReVision Energy uses this resource beyond powering concerts.

“ReVision Energy has previously supported 3S through sponsorship, and it’s been wonderful to see our relationship transition to true partnership building this program together. We always jump at an opportunity to fulfill our mission by exploring contemporary issues through the arts, and Amped for the Future is a perfect example of that exploration– live music intersecting with renewable energy,” said Beth Falconer, Executive Director of 3S Artspace. “We’re excited for attendees to raise their hands to dialogue with Phil and to show their enthusiasm for a great band.”

Don’t miss the opportunity to hear from one of the region’s top clean energy leaders—and one of 3S’ favorite Americana bands. Join us for a celebration of what’s possible when technology, music, and community come together to create a better future.
