Food is an incredible link to our memories, our heritage, our community, and so much more. We’re inviting guests to explore that connection with a potluck dinner of family recipes set against the beautiful backdrop of the Portsmouth Historical Society’s Matter of Memory exhibition with NHAA artists, and then to continue the evening with drinks and dessert in the Gallery at 3S Artspace, where they are showcasing Laura Tanner’s exhibition, Dish, which explores the ties between food and community.

Potluck Dinner:
Dinner will begin at 6pm at the Historical Society. Choose one of your favorite family recipes to show off, and bring the dish for all to share. If you need help narrowing down choices from your family cookbook, think about what produce is in season!

Dessert + Drinks:
After you’ve enjoyed dinner, take a lovely evening stroll over to 3S Artspace for dessert, cash bar, and a chance to explore the Main Gallery exhibition.
