Solar resources in northern New England are much better than you think! Join us for a special night as ReVision Energy co-founder Phil Coupe shares how we're building an energy future that is cheaper, cleaner, and more sustainable for present and future generations. A Q&A will follow the talk, and The Mallett Brothers Band will perform a set powered by ReVision solar!

About The Mallett Brothers Band:"The Mallett Brothers [have] remained steadfast in delivering heartfelt songs with emotional lyricism, vivid imagery, and dynamic musical tones." –No Depression

The Mallett Brothers Band is an independent rock and roll / Americana / country band from Maine. Their busy tour schedule since forming in 2009 has helped them to build a dedicated fanbase across the U.S. and beyond while still calling the state of Maine their home. With a style that ranges from alt-country to Americana, country, jam and roots rock, theirs is a musical melting pot that's influenced equally by the singer/songwriter tradition as by harder rock, classic country and psychedelic sounds.

More about the talk:Despite relentless attacks on solar, wind, electric vehicles and battery storage, the reality is that solar electricity has become the cheapest form of power in history, and efficient clean technology like heat pumps and electric vehicles are steadily proving that zero emission electric appliances outperform traditional combustion technology. ReVision Energy co-founder Phil Coupe and his 400 fellow co-owners have been advancing the clean energy transition for more than 20 years in northern New England.

Phil Coupe Bio:Lobsterman, worm-digger, newspaper reporter, award-winning entrepreneur, environmentalist, social impact activist—presenter Phil Coupe has taken a winding career path that has led him to a conviction that the central human purpose is to make life better. Writing for a subsidiary of the Washington Post right after college gradually morphed into a deep dive into what was then the emerging field of socially responsible business practices. In the mid-1990's, with a small group of partners, he helped startup two companies that won awards for their positive impact on homelessness, at-risk youth and the environment while also making the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in America. These experiences culminated in the startup of ReVision Energy, a certified B Corp and 100% employee-owned company with a mission to Make Life Better by Building our Just & Equitable Electric Future. He lives in southern Maine with his family and surfing Chihuahua named Kodak.
