Join artists Alicia Ethridge and Kristy Cavaretta for a collaborative, hands-on mixed media art-making experience inspired by their exhibition, Carried by the Wind.

Beginning in the gallery, participants will take inspiration from the exhibition's themes, textures, and iconography before moving into the studio space. Working in community, participants will blend printmaking, stamped imagery, and dynamic mark-making to construct vibrant, layered works of art.

Emphasizing intuition, play, and process over perfection, each participant will leave with a unique, collaboratively crafted artwork.

What to Bring:

◦ Clothes or an apron that can get dirty.

◦ An open mind for process-based, community art-making and embracing the unexpected.

◦ (Optional) Any favorite personal drawing tools or materials.

Included Materials Provided by Instructors:

◦ Paper, custom bird stamps, ink, brayers, paint sticks, and an assortment of mixed-

media drawing tools.
