3S is available for weddings, parties, meetings, and more! There are many exciting ways that 3S can fit the needs of your event.

3S has all of the amenities to accommodate your business or private function. 
We provide a full AV package with comfortable seating and amenities for your guests, including a full service bar. 3S is a convenient and comfortable space, with easy access to accommodations and parking. Our staff is experienced with virtually every kind of event—from concerts and performances to lectures and readings, film/video screenings, business meetings, weddings and more! We work closely with our rental clients to assist them in planning and hosting their events.


3S has several spaces that can be utilized on your big day. There is space that allows for an intimate affair for family and friends or dinner and dancing up to 300. To ensure you are the center of our attention, we book no other events on your wedding day. All of our attention is focused on you and your guests, creating a wedding day to remember. 

3S requires the use of our preferred wedding planner and all catering is required to go through our on-site restaurant. We offer a variety of menu options that can be customized to fit your taste.

Every 3S wedding can be uniquely customized. Our bridal couples choose their vendors-from florists to musicians or DJs-reflecting each couple's own vision and budget. 

The combination of our performance space, restaurant and gallery offers an exquisite space for your reception, with its open dance floor, modular stage, and a full range of sound and lighting accents.

The 3S Lobby space is included in each rental to allow for registration/networking and greeting.
