Gallery Sale Policies
At 3S Artspace, all sales of Gallery items are considered final. Due to the unique, limited-edition, and often delicate nature of artwork, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.
By purchasing from the 3S Artspace Gallery, buyers acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Final Sale
All artworks, prints, sculptures, and other Gallery items are sold as is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. - Condition Review
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all details (condition, dimensions, materials, and imagery) prior to purchasing. 3S staff are happy to answer questions or provide additional information upon request. - Responsibility After Pickup/Delivery
3S Artspace is not responsible for any damage that occurs once the artwork has been picked up, delivered, or accepted by the buyer or their designated recipient. - Shipping & Transit
If shipping is arranged, all items will be packed carefully. Any damage incurred during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. 3S Artspace cannot issue refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues.
Shipping insurance for the value of the artwork will be included in the shipping cost invoiced to the buyer. The shipping carrier is selected at the discretion of 3S Artspace.
Purchased artworks are available for pickup at 3S Artspace after the closing date of the exhibit in which the piece is featured. Pickup is available during our normal operating hours: Thursday - Saturday 11am - 6pm, Sunday 12 - 5pm.
Artwork Damage Responsibility Policy
Unless otherwise specified, visitors may not touch any of the artworks in the Gallery and Lobby Gallery.
In the event that an artwork is damaged, broken, or otherwise altered due to a visitor’s actions or negligence, the responsible individual agrees to compensate 3S Artspace. Compensation may include:
- Payment of the full retail value of the artwork
- Payment of reasonable repair or replacement costs, as determined by 3S Artpace and/or the artist
- Any associated administrative, handling, or shipping costs
