Harsh Promadillo is a semi-annual prom-themed dance party. Bring a date, go stag, wear a Canadian tuxedo and go home in a dress. Whatever makes you happy. Just dress loud and have fun with it. A prom king/queen will be crowned.

Harsh is a musical society that meets on Wednesdays and produces high-octane original music combining modern hip-hop, funk and soul influences.

They are led by Thomas (Teeba) Forbes who is credited on releases from hip-hop icons including Nas, DMX and Dave East. They have played hundreds of shows together since the band's inception in 2013, and have shared the stage with legendary acts including George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, Steel Pulse, The Motet, and Tank & The Bangas.

In early 2023, Harsh introduced vocalists Adrienne Mack-Davis and Sig Shalome to the lineup to realize a newfound lushness by combining four-part harmonies with contemporary flow. They are in the midst of recording new material with this lineup, but you can check out their classic body of work at www.harsharmadillo.com

About ALDRA:

ALDRA is a Somerville, MA-based performing and recording artist whose music draws influence from soul, R&B, and alternative pop. She captivates listeners with velvety tones, profound lyrics, and imagery to bring them on a journey through her life experiences.

Being raised in a Georgia baptist church, ALDRA had her first memorable connections to music in the church choir. After graduating high school in 2015, ALDRA moved to Boston to pursue her day time career in cosmetology. It was then she fully began to immerse herself in the music scene of New England. When not working her 9-5, she performs, writes new music, and continues to grow her network in an effort to build her community and music career from the ground up.
