About STEAM Saturdays at 3S:

The goal of STEAM Saturdays is to provide a fun, educational and hands-on look at SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ART, and MATHEMATICS for families and children. Join us outside in the Loading Dock to create, learn, and explore-- without having to clean up the mess!

Facilitated by 3S Artspace Program Manager, Knate Higgins, STEAM Saturdays allows families and kids to interact with different guest specialists in their respective field, and participate in fun activities. With a different theme each month (July, August, and September), each STEAM Saturday will provide a different set of activities within each theme.

Attendees are welcome to come and go as needed throughout the duration of the event. The atmosphere will be casual, fun, and creative!

Reservations are not required, but they do help 3S and the artist prepare materials in advance.

Rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, STEAM Saturday will be moved indoors to the Gallery or Performance Space.
