Join Yoga In Action for an inspiring afternoon to build community and explore post traumatic growth in the face of Adverse Childhood Experiences.

The event includes a screening of the film, Resilience: The Biology of Stress & the Science of Hope. The film relates to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), research and therapies being used to fight back against the effects of this type of childhood trauma.

A panel will follow the screening, delving deeper into the impact of ACEs on children and families and community healing. The panel of experts working in New Hampshire will also address questions from the audience.

This is a hybrid event with options to participate in-person or via the livestream.
